Meet the Management Team
Introducing the management team is myself Lloyd Brown, I started the business back in 2011, Predominantly a domestic cleaning business for the first 3 years we slowly moved our services into the commercial side of the sector. I acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in the early days of starting Nirvana, working in the business myself from various roles and under taking training courses in carpet and upholstery cleaning to the extremes of crimes scene cleaning.
We have carried out many assignments over the years including cleaning in 5 Star Boutique Hotels, Extreme & Crimes Scene Cleaning, Cleaning of Public Toilets, Holiday Let Cleaning and all sorts of office and industrial cleaning. This has given me the skills i have today to be able to guide our staff members appropriately to clean to a very high standard and deliver a guaranteed service.
Christine Kincaid joined us in 2015 bringing a wealth of knowledge from the Facilities Management side of the sector. Christines role within the business is predominantly sales but she will also deal with HR and finance and you will often speak to her on the phone when you call the office. Christine is comitted to providing an efficient service and has 20 years experience dealing with major blue chip companies and 25 years PFI contract knowledge.
