We have a great team of Cleaning and Caretaking staff who look after schools across the Northwest of England, Chester, Widnes, Runcorn, Frodsham, Ellesmere Port, Manchester, Liverpool and North Wales. We also look after a range of commercial clients looking after factories warehouses and offices.
We work hard on developing our people on-site to retain them and improve their skills. We find that’s the best way to provide outstanding service and reduce the number of contractors needed to provide the service to a high standard.
We are not an agency, we value our staff and their development, and we know how vital retaining them as long term team members is.
We don’t like zero-hours contracts, so all staff are directly employed and contracted for a set number of hours, we pay more than the minimum wage, and on some sites, we provide pensions and paid holidays.
Usually, it’s bad management by external providers that causes performance issues, not cleaning and caretaking staff. We find that a sound management system and putting our people first delivers the very best service.
Long term partnerships are essential to us, and that’s how we have built the business in the last ten years.
